Sheepshead Bay Shooting Today, Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, NY — A shooting in the Sheepshead Bay neighborhood early today has left one man dead and another critically injured, New York City police confirmed. The incident unfolded just after midnight at the Nostrand Houses public housing complex, according to law enforcement sources.
Officials from the NYPD’s 61st Precinct responded to reports of gunfire and found two men with gunshot wounds. One victim, a 28-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 30-year-old man suffering gunshot wounds remained in critical condition at a local hospital. A second man was also treated for a wound to his leg.
