Yadira Hernandez Castro Missing Charlotte, N.C. — Community members and authorities are searching for Yadira Hernandez Castro, an 18‑year‑old woman from Charlotte/Concord, North Carolina, who remains missing following a winter storm that impacted the area earlier this week. Yadira was last seen walking alone near the Academy and Crowell Drive area in downtown Concord late at night.
